CANCER WARRIOR SQUADRON

Logo of Bravo 369 Cancer Warrior Squadron with vintage plane and American flag.

The Cancer Warrior Squadron marks the initial phase of a long-term national initiative developed by the BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation, aimed at providing vital childhood cancer support through the Flying to Fight Childhood Cancer program. This early launch phase starts with a single pilot, laying the foundation for a future nationwide network that will focus on raising awareness and generating St. Jude donations for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other pediatric cancer research centers.

This foundational phase emphasizes establishing the mission, refining the model, and showcasing how aviation charity can inspire hope, honor children battling cancer, and encourage lifesaving support. As the program expands, the Squadron will welcome pilots, aviation enthusiasts, families, and supporters from across the country.

Membership will always be free and open to everyone. While aviation is central to our mission, you don’t need to be a pilot to make a difference. Every future volunteer—whether flying, sharing stories, or helping amplify the mission—will play a crucial role in supporting children and families facing childhood cancer.

Mission and Purpose

The Cancer Warrior Squadron transforms everyday flights into impactful acts of aviation charity. Each mission flight is dedicated to a child fighting cancer, serving as a platform to share their story, inspire hope, and encourage support for St. Jude donations and their lifesaving work.

Every mission we fly:

• Honors children battling cancer

• Raises public awareness of childhood cancer research through the visibility of aviation

• Encourages donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other cancer treatment organizations

• Turns a routine flight into a moment of hope and inspiration for children and their families

Whether a mission covers a short local route or a long cross-country journey, the purpose remains the same: to lift spirits, inspire generosity, and help save lives.

When supporters donate, they are not funding aircraft operations or pilot activities; they are directly supporting the fight against childhood cancer.

Fundraising Integrity

All fundraising is conducted exclusively through dedicated donation pages hosted by our official partner hospitals and research organizations, focusing on childhood cancer support and initiatives like St. Jude donations.

The process is simple and fully transparent:

The volunteer pilot announces through social media that they will be undertaking a Cancer Warrior Mission and includes a direct link to the official fundraising page of the cancer research center or organization they choose to support. The pilot then completes the mission flight.

After landing, the pilot shares a post, photo, or video on social media about the mission. This post includes a direct link to the official fundraising page of their selected cancer center, encouraging supporters to contribute through a reliable aviation charity model. Supporters can donate directly and securely through that organization’s own platform. Every dollar goes straight to the cancer hospital or research organization—the BRAVO 369 or its volunteer pilots never handle or process donations.

All contributions flow directly to the cancer research center of your choice.

Funds are raised exclusively through a dedicated Cancer Warrior Squadron fundraising page hosted on each participating cancer center’s official website. When a volunteer pilot flies a mission, they share a social media post encouraging supporters to make St. Jude donations or support the selected cancer center. Every post includes a direct link to that center’s secure fundraising page, ensuring that donors contribute directly through the cancer center’s system.

Neither the BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation nor any participating pilot or volunteer ever collects, processes, or handles donations. All contributions go directly to the chosen cancer research center, ensuring complete transparency and reinforcing the integrity of the Cancer Warrior Squadron’s mission.

A Community United by Purpose

The Cancer Warrior Squadron exemplifies the essence of aviation charity: service, compassion, and community. Volunteers from across the nation dedicate their time, skills, and platforms to honor children battling illness, support families, and advance the lifesaving work surrounding childhood cancer support.

Together, we fly to raise awareness.

We fly to inspire hope.

We fly to fight childhood cancer.
