The BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization dedicated to education and the preservation of historical aircraft and aviation history through books and documentary film . Our main objective is to offer unique educational opportunities for students, teachers, and the general public to actively participate in a series of interactive and educational flight re-creation projects.
The BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation values diversity on a global scale, providing an environment that empowers all people. Only through listening and learning from others can we hope to share our history, our culture, our identity, and our future.
In the words of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, 32nd President of the United States: “The structure of world peace cannot be the work of one man, or one party, or one nation… it must be a peace which rests on the cooperative effort of the whole world.”
The ALSIB Series of projects, under the direction of the BRAVO 369 Flight Foundation, are intended to retrace and tell the history of Lend-Lease and the Alaska-Siberia air route (ALSIB) during World War II, focusing on the goodwill and cooperation between the United States and the former Soviet Union during the war years. As such, BRAVO 369 has developed close diplomatic working relationships with representatives from both the United States and Russian governments. In an effort to provide complete transparency, BRAVO 369 maintains open communications with the U.S. State Department in Washington, DC as well as the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the Russian Embassy in Washington, DC.
